Position Summary: The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for maintaining the technologically advanced climate controlled greenhouse and automated post-harvest systems. This role includes managing the in-house inventory system and ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance of all greenhouse and post-harvest systems
- Manage the in-house inventory system to ensure availability of critical spares
- Conduct purchasing within company policy and budget constraints
- Monitor and report on capital expenditure and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Experience in maintenance management within a high-tech agricultural or industrial setting
- Strong understanding of climate control and automated systems
