Position Summary: The Admin Manager will oversee all administrative functions within the greenhouse and post harvest facility. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations, including office management and support services
  • Oversee scheduling, correspondence, and document management
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
  • Maintain records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and security
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking
  • Handle procurement and inventory of office supplies
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding and staff records management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative management or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in office software and administrative tools
  • Ability to manage budgets and track expenses
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records
  • Knowledge of HR practices and principles is a plus
