Position Summary: The General Manager will oversee the overall operations and work alongside the Managing Director to set the strategic direction of our state-of-the-art climate controlled greenhouse. This role requires a dynamic leader with experience in horticulture, technology integration, and team management.

- Ensure optimal performance of all greenhouse systems and processes

- Proven experience in a senior management role within the horticulture or agricultural industry
